Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a former starter capable of rotating a rotary shaft at a low speed, excellent in low-speed moldability, being very simple in initial setting work, capable of adjusting motion of a forging metal mold while confirming a product molding process by visual observation, being easy in control of a processing process, improving convenience of former operation, and having the prevention function of a safety accident.SOLUTION: A former starter comprises a rotary shaft 100 for transferring a forging metal mold for a former in rotation time, a high speed rotation rim 200 and its rotation high speed motor 230 having a high speed wheel individually rotatable with the rotary shaft, a low speed rotation rim 300 and its rotation low speed motor 320 having a low speed wheel individually rotatable with the rotary shaft and a power transmission disk 500 movable in the length direction of the rotary shaft and selectively receiving torque from any one by being press-fitted to any one of the high speed wheel and the low speed wheel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
