Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve labour effectiveness by reducing setting up labour for a reference point, improving the accuracy of measurement, and reducing the number of work processes.
SOLUTION: This method is to set up an intersection point between the axis of a hole 14 opened in a flat measured plate and a virtual plane 18 set up by the reference flat plane 17 of the measured plate as a reference point. The rod 41 of a measuring device is inserted in the hole of the measured plate, and a flange 42 arranged on the rod 41 is brought into contact with the reference flat plane of the measured plate, and the rod is attached to the measured plate by an attaching part 43 to sandwich the measured plate together with the flange 42, and a virtual point 30 where the axis 15 of the hole 41 and the virtual plane 18 set up by the reference plane 17 cross mutually is obtained and decided as the reference point.
