To provide a sewing box that is downsized to reduce production cost and uses effectively space of internal tray and box itself.

The sewing box 11 is composed of a box body 12 formed by synthetic resin material in a flat, next to rectangular shape, an internal tray 13 and a cover body 14. The first partition wall 25 and the second partition wall 26 are located on a bottom plate in an opening of the box body 12 and the first to third storage spaces 27-29 are formed with partition walls. The internal tray 13 is stored and supported in the second storage space 28 and among the first to third storage spaces 27-29 in the box body and the fourth storage space 47 on the internal tray 13, the second storage space 28 in the box body and the fourth storage space 47 on the internal tray 13 are so constructed to overlap up with down. When the internal tray 13 is slide along the first partition wall 25, an opening part of the second storage space 28 the upper part of which has been covered with the internal tray 13 is opened outward.
