Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve taking-out efficiency of a material after crushing and at the same time make maintenance easy by conforming the axial center direction of a shaft for rotating and driving rotary blades to the material supply direction of a feeder and then conforming the direction of a material path to be formed in the rotary blades to the direction of a material path to be formed in fixed blades.
SOLUTION: This crushing apparatus 1 comprises a casing 4 in which a shear treatment chamber 2 and a material taking out chamber 3 are built and a feeder 5 installed uprightly on the upper part of the casing 4. A a shear treatment part 15 constituted of a plurality of rotary blades 7-9 and a plurality of fixed blades 12-14 is housed in the shear treatment chamber 2. The axial centers of a rotary axis 6 of the shear treatment part 15 and a screw axis 17 of the feeder 5 are mutually conformed to each other and unitedly formed and unitedly rotated by a motor rotatable inversely. When an object material to be crushed is put while united axes of the rotary axis 6 and the screw axis 17 being rotated, the object material to be crushed is pushed into the shear treatment chamber 2 by the feeder 5 and crushed in the shear treatment part 15 and then discharged outside through the material taking out part 3.
