The sheet conveying device is configured to turn a sheet conveyed by a sheet carry-in part 320 by a predetermined angle with a sheet supporter 301, and convey the sheet in a direction crossing the carry-in direction. The sheet supporter 301 includes a guide 301a for supporting the sheet carried therein, wherein the guide 301a includes a bender 301c for bending the sheet to prevent the supported sheet from protruding.
