The sheet handling device includes an outlet roller 31 and a pinch roller 32 for discharging a sheet S to a stack tray 3 in an outwardly-deviated state from a predetermined offset position, a stopper 71 for regulating a tip end of the sheet S discharged onto the stack tray by the rollers, a pair of joggers 101/102 for pushing the sheet S to the offset position, and a pair of sheet fences 103/104 for regulating the sheet pushed by the joggers to the offset position. In particular, the pair of offset fences are arranged inside the pair of joggers in a vertically-movable manner so as not to impede the movement of the sheet fed out from the outlet roller and the pinch roller.
