To provide a sheet processing device capable of switchback-conveying a folded sheet without buckling the sheet and capable of folding processing, and an image forming system including the same.SOLUTION: A sheet processing device controls to drive a folding roller pair 22 and a control stopper 26 so as to press a sheet that is nipped by the folding roller pair 22 and an end part of which is in contact with the control stopper 26 against a pressing guide member 30 after moving the pressing guide member 30 to a guide position when switchback-conveying the sheet that has been folded by the folding roller pair 22 while guiding by the pressing guide member 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13
