Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which a user cannot obtain an expected result by a system comprising mutually different kinds of sheet processing device when one of them is fixed as a sheet processing device used for folding processing on one sheet.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a sheet processing system having at least mutually different kinds of sheet processing devices, which each have a folding mechanism capable of performing folding processing on one sheet. When the folding processing on one sheet is performed, it is determined, based upon details set for a job, which of the plurality of sheet processing devices is to be used, and the sheet processing device determined to be used is allowed to perform the folding processing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 17
