To provide a sheet treating device capable of enhancing the space-saving property, visibility and workability, and an image processor having the same.
A typical configuration of the sheet treating device and the image processor comprises a sheet stacking means with sheet stacked thereon, a sheet bundle transport path to transport a sheet bundle stacked on the sheet stacking means, a sheet bundle transport means to transport the sheet bundle to the sheet bundle transport path, a sheet bundle folding means provided on the sheet bundle transport path, a first stacking means to stack the sheet bundle folded by the sheet bundle folding means, and a second stacking means to stack non-folded sheets or sheet bundle thereon. The first stacking means is disposed on the opposite side to the second stacking means with respect to the sheet bundle folding means.
