To provide a laminar wheat flour expanded food having an excellent palatability, especially excellent crispness.

This sheetlike oil and fat processed food has a water content reduced to ≤5%. This laminar wheat flour expanded food having excellent crispness and palatability which has not conventionally existed is obtained by making a laminar wheat flour expanded food using a sheetlike oil and fat processed food substantially not containing water.
