Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet which is hardly cut in a direction orthogonal to one side edge when a plurality of the sheets forms a booklet bound with rings, while which is easily cut in a direction parallel to the one side edge.SOLUTION: A sheet of the invention has two or more through-holes aligned along one side edge. The sheet has a tensile fracture strain of 200% or more, stipulated in JIS K7161:1994, in a direction orthogonal to one side edge, satisfies a following formula 1: the formula 1 being a tensile fracture strain in a direction orthogonal to one side edge/a tensile fracture strain in a direction parallel to one side edge>1. Each of the through-holes has a shape including at least one projection. A booklet of the invention comprises a plurality of said sheets.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
