Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shield cable that maintains shield performance and is easy in the processing of its terminals and can sufficiently cope with the latest electronic and electric apparatuses that are newly mounted on the vehicles such as automobiles.
SOLUTION: This is a shield cable 20 of flat type that connects in parallel a plurality of insulating covered signal wires 21 and the drain wire 22 at prescribed intervals, and cover the surroundings of these with shield layer 23 and insulating sheath in order. The outer diameter of the signal wire 21 is 1.3 mm, the cross section area of the lead wire 21a of the signal wire 21 is 0.03-0.08 mm2, and the insulating cover 21b of the signal wire 21 is constructed of insulating material having dielectric constant of 1.7-2.8, and the property impedance of the signal wire 21 is 75 Ω (±10%).
