Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To euchance the sealing property between a shift lever device having a control lever projected to the outside from the opening part of the floor of a car body and the car body.
SOLUTION: An expansion/contraction part 28a, positioned inside the opening part 19 of a floor 18, in which the end part of a control lever 24 connected to a transmission side is inserted and a seal part 28b positioned outside the opening part 19 are formed on a boot consisting of an elastic body. A hole 27a in which the control lever 24 is inserted and a seal surface 26b for push- pressing the seal part 28b of the boot 28 across an entire periphery are formed on a seal plate 26 installed to the base plate 26.
