Abstract:
To provide a shift register capable of stopping scanning at an optional stage without causing complication of a pattern inspection in a manufacturing process.SOLUTION: A unit circuit constituting each stage of a shift register includes a charge supply section 420 having a third node N3 of which potential becomes high level at the same timing of a first node (node for keeping a potential to output a scan signal (output signal Q) having high level) N1, and capable of supplying the electric charge to the first node N1 during the period from the time when the potential of the third node N3 becomes high level to the time when the high-level scan signal (output signal Q) is output. Here, all of unit circuits in the shift register are configured in the same manner.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
