To reinforce a film at the time of heat-shrinking, and in addition, prevent scraps due to the formation of a deaerating hole from being mistakenly packaged, and improve the productivity by making a continuous operation of a packaging machine possible while preventing the scraps from becoming a trouble.
An article to be packaged such as a food is covered with the heat-shrinkable film 2 on which the deaerating hole 5 is formed. After heat- shrinking the film 2, a second label piece 6 is pasted in a manner to cover the deaerating hole 5 for this manufacturing method of a shrink packaging body. In this case, after pasting a first label piece 9 on the film, the deaerating hole 5 which goes through the first label piece 9 and the film 2 is formed.
