Abstract:
To reduce the standby time when processing a plurality of color signals in a band unit.SOLUTION: An image processing unit includes a module A10, a module B12 and a shared buffer memory 18. The module A10 executes first processing of processing a plurality of color signals at a time and outputting the color signals in parallel with each other. The buffer memory 18 temporarily stores the plurality of color signals output from the module A10. The module B12 performs processing by reading out the plurality of color signals in order by the number in which the processing can be performed once from the buffer memory 18. The module A10 starts processing of the second band at timing at which the color signal of the first band is left in the buffer memory 18 and before completion of processing of the first band in the module B12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
