Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a small-error waveform storage device with cheap circuit parts, by applying the difference signal between the signal to be stored and the signal of the first storing means and by mixing outputs of the first and the second storing means to correct the storage error of the first storing means. CONSTITUTION:Signal S2 having a known period is applied to the first storing means 15 and differential amplifier 17, and difference signal S6 between signal S2 and output signal S5 of means 15 is obtained in amplifier 17. Signal S6 is input to the second storing means 16; and in means 16, signal S6 is averaged and stored at every known period to raise the storage gain alpha (>1) times as high as signal S6. Output signal S7 of storing means 16 is mixed with signal S5 and is amplified by mixing amplifier 18, and stored waveform signal S3 is output. In amplifier 18, the mixture ratio of signal S7 to signal S5 is set to 1/alpha. As a result, the storage error of storing means 15 and the storage error of storing means 16 are involved to reduce the error of the output storage waveform signal up to a very small value.
