To provide a signboard unit-molding device for integrally molding a signboard unit by a press work, the signboard unit showing an improved appearance of a pattern across a plurality of the signboards.
The signboard unit-molding device includes: a male mold pressing a predetermined work range excluding a predetermined surrounding portion of a flat plate-like material to form a front surface having a height to a flange formed in the predetermined surrounding portion; and a rotary member getting in contact with the flat plate-like material in accordance with the movement of the male mold pressing the predetermined work range in the first direction and rotating in the first rotation direction so as to broaden a part of the front surface to the surrounding portion. When the rotary member rotates in the first rotation direction, the projected surface of the part of the front surface is formed so as to overlap the flange. The rotary member rotates in the second rotation direction opposite to the first rotation direction and separates from the mold by accompanying the movement of the male mold in the second direction opposite to the first direction for a mold removal.
