The silencing structure includes a brake member 2 disposed between a free end side of the door 1 and a door frame 3 opposed to the free end side. The brake member 2 includes a base wall 8 fixed to the door frame 3 side, and an elastic piece 9 extended from the base wall 8 toward a closing side A2 in the door opening and closing direction, with the extended end side being a free end. When the door 1 is closed, the elastic piece 9 is pressed by the free end side of the door 1 and elastically deformed to approach the base wall 8 side, whereby the door 1 is braked.
