SOLUTION: A silicone elastomer composition for dental impression material comprises (A) diorganopolysiloxane with an average degree of polymerization of 300 or more and less than 3000, (B) diorganopolysiloxane with an average degree of polymerization of less than 300, (C) diorganopolysiloxane with an average degree of polymerization of 3000 or more, (D) organopolysiloxane selected from RSiOunit (M unit), SiOunit (Q unit), RSiOunit (D unit), and RSiOunit (T unit), where M and Q units are essential components, and, of the all constitutional units, the total amount of M and Q is 80 mol% or more and a molarity ratio between them is 0.5-1.5, (E) organohydrogenpolysiloxane, (F) hydrosilylation reaction catalyst, and (G) filler, where a viscosity at 23°C is 100 Pa s or more and less than 300 Pa s.EFFECT: According to the present invention, a fluid silicone elastomer composition that has high transparency, secures sufficient strength, and is suitable for dental impression operation can be provided.SELECTED DRAWING: None
