In the solar battery panel 2 for being installed on the roof, a large number of solar cells 24-26 molded in a small piece shape are longitudinally and laterally arranged at intermittent spacings on a translucent plate material 22. The light from the outside can be guided to the inside by using gaps among the respective solar cells 24-26 as translucent portions 23. In addition, since the solar cells 24-26 for arrangement are molded in the small piece shape, shadows of the solar cells 24-26, which are formed in the light passing through the solar battery panel 2, can become small, and the light passing through the solar battery panel can become more uniform.
