Title:
SINGLE PHASE VARIABLE RELUCTANCE MOTOR SYSTEM AND ITS STARTING METHOD
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3688799
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To start a motor by installing a motor starting mechanism capable of linking with a rotor, in order to move a rotor to a position desirable to a stator, before power is applied to a coil.
SOLUTION: When a disc type pressing member 52 of an on-button 42 is pushed down, and a motor starting equipment is started, the tooth 46 of a shaft 44 engages with the tooth 56 of a rotating shaft 44. The linear downward motion of the shaft 44 transmits torque to a rotating shaft 28 via a the tooth 46 and the tooth 56, and rotates the shaft 28. By pushing the on-button 42 by a previously set distance, a microswitch 58 is started. When it is once started, the control system is started and controls the power supply to an energizing coil from a power source. The microswitch 58 uses a switch starting member 60. When the desk type pressing member 52e comes into contact with the starting member 60, and it is pushed down, a circuit connecting the power supply with the energizing coil is closed.
