Title:
SKI VICE TABLE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH1189992
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a ski vice table which allows a ski to easily attach to and detach from it, while seldom damaging the ski.

A ski vice table includes: ski mounting tables 1, 2 at the upper ends of which ski mounting surfaces that become parallel to the edge of a table 6 when removably secured to the edge at intervals are formed; a bead chain 4 attached to the stopper 9 of a ski 7; and a tension table 3 removably secured to the edge at a position between and at equal distances from the ski mounting tables 1, 2 to serve as a base for pulling the stopper 9 toward the edge of the table 6 via the bead chain 4, the base having a notch in which the bead chain 4 is locked. When the ski mounting tables 1, 2 are secured to the edge, the heights from the edge to the ski mounting surfaces are equal, the bead chain 4 is stretched between the stopper 9 and the notch, and by pulling the stopper 9 downward with the bead chain 4 against the elastic force of the ski 7, the bead chain 4 is made to press the ski 7 against the mounting surfaces by means of its tensile strength, thus securing the ski 7 to the ski mounting tables 1, 2.
