Abstract:
To obtain a highly safe beautifier high in infiltrativity for positively improving the peripheral circulatory system, and excellent in blood circulation promoting effect and skin color improving effect.
This beautifier contains 0.1-5wt.% of disintegrable granules composed of water-insoluble primary particles and binder and having a size of 100-1000μm and 0.001-5wt.% of an agent having blood circulation promoting effect such as tocopherol nicotinate. This O/W-type creamy skin color-improving beautifier is excellent in blood circulation promoting effect.
