Abstract:
To provide a slice device which is particularly useful for appropriately cutting a fillet having a sushi topping size even if the size of a block of fresh fish is insufficient, when the fillet as the sushi topping is cut from the block.SOLUTION: A slice device sequentially slices blocks conveyed on a conveyance surface 1a by a blade 21 and cuts a fillet 1a having a longitudinal dimension L in a blade length direction (X direction) of the blade 21 from a block A, and includes a first slice angle change mechanism 4 for changing a first slice angle θ1 formed by the blade length direction (X direction) of the blade 21 and a direction (V) of the block A.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
