Abstract:
To cut two pieces of lump meat conveyed by right and left endless belts and to form two rows of aggregates composed of a plurality of pieces of meat on the endless belts.SOLUTION: A first endless belt for conveying a lump of meat is divided into right and left to form a left first endless belt and a right first endless belt which are independently driven, the lump of meat conveyed by the left first endless belt and the lump of meat conveyed by the right first endless belt are cut at a cutting part, and a second endless belt for conveying a piece of meat is divided into right and left, such that left side second endless belt and a right side second endless belt which are independently driven are formed. By a controller provided on a control section, a plurality of meat pieces (m) cut by the cutting part is arranged on respective upper parts of a left side second endless belt and a right side second endless belt so as to at least partially overlap each other to perform aggregate formation control for forming an aggregate (M) of the meat pieces.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
