Abstract:
To provide a slicing device comprising peeling means which does not rotate integrally with a round blade, and immediately peels off food pieces from the round blade at the same time as the food is cut.SOLUTION: A slicing device comprises cutting sections 20 that cut, into slices 51, a food 50 fed from a feeding section 10. The cutting section 20 comprises: a round blade 21; driving means for rotating the round blade 21, as well as, moving the round blade 21 so that the round blade to cut in the food 50 from a direction vertical thereto; and peeling means for peeling off cut-pieces 51 attached to the round blade 21. The peeling means comprises: a mounting section 41 mounted on an exterior body 24a of the driving means; and a peeling section 43 for peeling off the cut-pieces 51 attached to a side surface of the round blade 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
