To provide a slide fastener made of a synthetic resin which is made recyclable while satisfying characteristics as slide fastener and furthermore, allows post dyeing of individual parts in the same hue.
In this slide fastener, all of components are substantially made of a synthetic resin of the same system. Basically, a fastener tape 3 and an element 4 retained on the rim part thereof are made of a synthetic resin material of the same system such as polyamide based, polyester based, polyolefin based or vinyl chloride based product. Moreover, upper and lower retainers arranged at the upper and lower end parts of the element 4 and a separably opening insertion fitting and a sheet-shaped member for reinforcement in an open type slide fastener 1 are made of a synthetic resin of the same system as that of the fastener tape 3 and the element 4. In the case of a continuous element 4, a sewing thread and a core string are made of the synthetic resin material of the same system as that of the components. Ideally, a slider 5 is also made of the synthetic resin material of the same system as that of other components.
