PURPOSE: To prevent troubles by storing print conditions of a film and AF information in a memory of a slide magazine to make it possible to preserve film information together with the magazine.
CONSTITUTION: A slide magazine M20 is loaded to a printer 10. Slide films 1 are taken out one by one in order from storage chambers of the magazine M20 and are focused on a print table 14 by an AF (auto-focusing) mechanism and are exposed onto a roll photographic paper 12. Addresses are added to chambers of the magazine M20, and a memory is provided. Print information such as print conditions of a stored film F1, AF information, etc. are inputted to an interface 33 by a light source 30, a photodetector 31, and an operation processing circuit 32. Since the magazine M20 has a memory function and print conditions and AF information of the stored film F1 are stored in accordance with a determined address, the magazine can be carried.
