To utilize chips obtained by cutting trees in a construction site so as to facilitate execution of a slope frame at low costs by filling a metal net basket with the chips of the cut-down trees.
One side of a slope frame 1 is composed of a metal net basket 2 and an inclined part 2a for connection and an opening/closing part 2b for opening/closing this inclined part 2a are formed in both ends of the metal net basket 2. By treating the surface of the metal net basket 2 with zinc plating or the like, the holding period of the slope frame 1 is adjusted. Then, the metal net basket 2 is filled with chips 3 obtained by cutting trees in a construction site, then the opening/closing part 2b is closed, one side of this slope frame 1 is combined in a rectangular shape, an anchor 4 is inserted in the four corners of the slope frame 1 and fixed to a cut earth or a banking and work is completed. Thus, by using the materials of the construction site, material costs and other costs such as industrial waste treating costs are reduced and a slope frame matching the scenery and ecology is provided.
