To dispose reinforcing steel bars in a slope made following a bent slope by disposing and fixing the mold composed of a metal net on the slope, disposing reinforcing bars made of reinforcing steel bars having flexibility in the mold and then hardening these by hardening agents.

A pair of slope molds 1 equipped with spacers and carried in folded states are developed in a site and these are laid on a slope 5 in sequence. Then, anchors 4 are sequentially driven and provided at specified intervals along the developed and laid molds 1. In parallel with the work of developing and laying the molds 1, or after developing and laying, flexible reinforcing bars 3 are disposed as reinforcing bars in the molds 1 so as to be engaged with already attached spacers 2. For this bar disposing work, the reinforcing bars 3 carried into the site being reel-wound 31 on a drum or the like beforehand are sequentially pulled out by rotating the drum and locked to the spacers 2. Then, a specified slope frame is built by spraying mortar into the molds 1.
