Abstract:
To provide a slot antenna and a slot array antenna, which are capable of changing an emitting direction of a main beam in various ways as compared with conventional ones.
Directivity adjusting elements 17A, 17B made of belt-like conductors are provided on a surface opposite to a surface on which a slot S of a dielectric substrate 12 is provided, the directivity adjusting elements 17A, 17B are excited by an electromagnetic wave radiated from the slot S such that directivity of the electromagnetic wave radiated from the slot S is corrected by an electromagnetic wave radiated from the directivity adjusting elements 17A,17B.
