Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive and safe sludge drying system and sludge drying method, using natural energy/unutilized energy.SOLUTION: The sludge drying system of the embodiment includes a solar heat collector heating a heating medium by solar heat, a heat storage tank storing the heating medium heated in the solar heat collector, a sludge drying furnace drying sludge while stirring it, heat storage means heating the sludge drying furnace from the outside using as a heat source the heating medium from the solar heat collector or the heating medium from the heat storage tank, and aeration means aerating the sludge in the sludge drying furnace with warm intake air.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
