SMALL COOKING STOVE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH11337070
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a small cooking in which a solid fuel is completely burned in a simplified structure, and there is eliminated production of specific odor upon combustion, and further there is left behind no soot after the combustion.

There is provided a small ceramic stove 20 for burning a solid fuel placed at the center of a bottom surface portion 7. There are formed a plurality of vents 2 communicating with a ventilating passage 4 provided on a lower surface of a bottom surface portion 7 around a fuel placement section 9 on which a solid fuel 1 on the bottom surface portion 7 is placed. There is formed a recessed portion in which the solid fuel 1 is contained in the fuel placement portion 9 provided at the center of the bottom surface portion 7. Hereby, the solid fuel is completely burned to prevent the solid fuel from being left behind in the form of soot and odor components oxidized and decomposed whereby offensive odor is prevented from being produced upon its use. Further infrared rays are radiated successively, and the whole of a raw material is raised with uniform heat distribution. Thus, there is assured effect where even when water containing chloride is cooked, influences on tastes and odor are eliminated.
