Abstract:
To provide a small hole former that forms a large number of small holes in sausage.SOLUTION: A small hole former 1 comprises a pair of opposing first pressing piece part 2 and second pressing piece part 3. In pressing plate parts 2b, 3b of the first, second pressing piece parts 2, 3, the cross section along the longitudinal direction of handle parts 2a, 3a swells in an arc shape to the outside. Two circular arc plate parts are formed in a shape arranged in parallel. Then, a large number of conical protrusions 2h 3h are arranged each other to become equal intervals in an inner face of first circular arc plate parts 2f, 3f positioned in the tip side of the first, second pressing piece parts 2, 3. When sausages are placed on the circular arc plate parts 2f, 2 g and the first, second pressing piece parts 2, 3 are pressed, a large number of small holes may be formed on the surfaces of the sausages by upper and lower protrusions 2h, 3h to face each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
