To provide a soil blasting ground material and soil blasting method enabling the adjustment of the blasting amount of three kinds of materials comprising a grounding material, water and a binder through a nozzle of a blasting machine without stirring with water and the binder and the blasting of these materials at the same time while preventing the blasted soil from sagging and flowing even by applying the ground material to a thickness of about 3-5 cm and enabling easy application of the soil by mixing 45% high- quality soil and 45% fertile soil as a soil blasting ground material (ecological material) and mixing 10% dried grass into the mixture.

This soil blasting ground material 2 and the soil blasting method using the material comprise the mixing of sludge, dried grass, charcoal, powdered oyster shell, chicken manure, rice bran and cut root of tree, the fermentation of the mixture in a short time using a fermenting agent, the mixing of 45% fertile soil produced by the above method with 45% high-quality soil, 10% dried grass having a length of 1-3 cm as a binder and plant seeds and the application of the produced soil blasting ground material to a thickness sufficient for the growth of a plant by a single blasting work.
