A solar charge system comprises: a solar cell; an MPPT for controlling an operating point of the solar cell in order to maximize generation power of the solar cell; first and second power storage devices; a plurality of both-way DC-DC converters for transmitting power between the first and second power storage devices; and a control unit for controlling the number of operating ones of the plurality of both-way DC-DC converters. An output end of the solar cell is connected to an input end of the MPPT; and an output end of the MPPT is connected to the first power storage device. Each first input/output terminal of the plurality of both-way DC-DC converters is connected to the first power storage device; and each second input/output terminal of the plurality of both-way DC-DC converters is connected to the second power storage device.
