Abstract:
To provide one or more solar powered fans for smart devices.SOLUTION: A solar powered cooler for a smart device such as a smartphone or smart tablet includes an upper fan casing 58, an optional bottom fan casing, a smart device holder 78, an air passage opening 94 formed between the upper fan casing and the smart device holder, and one or more cooling fans drawing air into the air passage opening along a substantially vertical direction. One or more solar panels 70 allow the cooler to harvest solar energy and deliver electric power to the one or more fans or to motors 60 thereof. The solar panels are connected to the motor by one or more, e.g., a pair of, electric connector cables 68. The cooler cools an entire bottom surface of the smart device using one or more cooling fans.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
