Abstract:
To provide a solution treatment apparatus which, when cooling a workpiece placed under a pressurized condition within a sealable furnace using a cooling gas, can inhibit the fluctuation of the pressure within the furnace.SOLUTION: A solution treatment apparatus 1 according to the present invention heats a workpiece W placed under a pressurized condition within a furnace 11 until the workpiece changes its state to a solid-liquid coexisting state, and then cools the workpiece. The solution treatment apparatus 1 comprises: a cooling-gas supply unit 14 for jetting out a cooling gas to the workpiece W; a pressure sensor 15 for obtaining a pressure within the furnace 11; an open valve 16 for releasing gas from within the furnace 11 to outside the furnace 11; and a control unit 17 for feedback-controlling the opening degree of the open valve 16, on the basis of the pressure obtained by the pressure sensor 15. The control unit 17, when the cooling gas is jetted out to the workpiece W under the pressurized condition, controls the opening degree of the open valve 16 to keep the pressure in the furnace 11 within a predetermined range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
