Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solvent distillation apparatus capable of purifying an oxygen-free anhydrous solvent having high purity with a simple structure at a high time efficiency and purification efficiency.
SOLUTION: A fractionating column 3 is connected to a distillation flask 1 through a glass flange 6. The fractionating column 3 is a vacuum double tube fractionating column, on the inside of which silver plating is applied. The upper end of the column 3 is connected to the middle stage part of a reflux cooler 4. A discharge port 49 of a purge gas is provided in the upper end pat of the reflux cooler 4 and the lower end part is connected to a condensed liquid pool 5. The bottom of the condensed liquid pool 5 is connected to the vicinity of the lower end of the column 3 through a young cock 71 and is connected to a collecting flask 2 through a young cock 72 and a glass flange 7. A dipped tube 57 is used at the time of blowing an inert gas to the bottom of the condensed liquid pool 5 to bubble the condensed liquid. The column 3, the reflux cooler 4 and the condensed liquid pool 5 are integrally structured as a whole.
