To smoothly cope with an emergent case by use of the same automatic sorting and delivering equipment with the ordinary case, by providing a device automatically weighing regular pulse classified to a plurality of groupes at every size by a specified quantity and automatically charging and loading the pulse to separate positions or conveying means from the charging into bags.

Charging or loading works of regular pulse to other positions or conveying means by a charging and loading device can be executed, separately from an automatic loading process into pallets 16, 16', 16'' by an automatic charging and packaging process and an automatic palletizer robot 15, in order to cope with an emergent or intruding delivery request of the pulse. The regular pulse in sorted product tanks 8, 8', 8" are automatically weighed by a specified quantity of pulse in one of large, middle, and small size groupes, through lines 10, 10', 10", and loaded on a vehicle in bulk by a loading device 11. The control and management of all processes and equipment are executed by a host computer 18 in a centralized system.
