Title:
SOUND ABSORBING STRUCTURE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3544728
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To keep light permeability high and secure the sound absorbing properties by disposing glass cloth at the inner side of an exterior membrane via an air layer in the interior space of a room, and setting glass cloth doubly at the inner side of the aforesaid glass cloth via an air layer.
CONSTITUTION: First glass cloth 3a is disposed at the inner side of an exterior membrane 1 via a first air layer 2a, and second glass cloth 3b is disposed at the inner side of the first glass cloth 3a via a second air layer 2b. In this case, the glass cloth 3a and 3b are set at the wall surface and ceiling surface of a membrane structural space. Sound absorbing properties are enhanced because flow resistance equivalent to that of porous material can be obtained while high light permeability is being secured with the glass cloth 3a and 35 doubly set. By this constitution, as compared with a single membrane, high sound absorbing properties can be assured, and the installation can be executed simply with much time saved at a low cost.
