Abstract:
To provide a sound insulation structure in a building capable of further surely suppressing transmission of floor impact sound generated in an upper floor part to a lower floor part.SOLUTION: A building 10 is a two-storied building having a first floor part 14 and a second floor part 15. An inter-floor space 33 is formed between a ceiling surface material 27 of the first floor part 14 and a floor surface material 28 of the second floor part 15. The inter-floor space 33 is provided with a damping material 53 and a sound absorption material 54. The damping material 53 is provided to cover ceiling small beams 25 supporting the ceiling surface material 27 from an upper side thereof, and is placed above the ceiling surface material 27 on both sides across the ceiling small beams 25. The sound absorption material 54 is provided to cover the damping material 53 from the upper side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
