Abstract:

To provide a soundproof material having high soundproof property, and being suitable for a floor silencer for a vehicle, and a dash silencer, and a production method thereof.SOLUTION: There is provided a soundproof material 10 in which a skin material 30 is integrally molded to one surface of a polyurethane foam 20, the polyurethane foam 20 is a foam being obtained from a polyurethane foam raw material and is configured so that, an opposite surface of the skin material 30 is an open cell. The skin material 30 has an impregnation layer 34 which is acquired by impregnation of the polyurethane foam raw material and curing, on the integration side with the polyurethane foam. An airflow quantity of the skin material 30 including the impregnation layer 34 on the basis of JIS K 6400-7B method:2012 is 5-80 cc/cm2/sec.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
