Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a bending work for a spacer pattern paper automatic while making it possible to automate work of putting the bent spacer into a commodity such as a container.
SOLUTION: The spacer pattern paper (1') of nearly cross-shape comprises a central piece (2) with a hole (4) at the center part and a side piece (3) extending from the central piece (2) on all sides. Using the spacer bending device, a spacer (1) is formed by bending the side piece (3) at nearly right angles to the central piece (2). The spacer bending device has a tube (11) with the inside diameter of the same as of the central piece (2) or larger, a retaining means (12) retaining the spacer pattern paper (1') at the end of the tube (11), a pushing-into part (19) which bends the side piece (3) by pushing the spacer pattern paper into the tube (11) with pressing the central piece (2) of the spacer pattern paper (1') retained by the retaining means (12) and a taking-out means (13) taking out the spacer from the tube (11). Thereby, the spacer can be formed by automatically bending the spacer pattern paper (1').
