The speaker apparatus includes a speaker unit and a sound guide means for letting radiant sounds from the speaker unit go out through an annular opening. The sound guide means comprises an outer cylinder part and an inner cylinder part, and radiant sounds from the speaker unit are let go out through an annular space (the annular opening) between the outer cylinder part and inner cylinder part.
