PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the sound of a speaker easy to be heard by improving a speaker mounting structure in an image forming device.
SOLUTION: A front face side is formed into a circular shape and a back face side is formed into a square shape at the lower inner face of the outer case 20 of an operation part 15, and several sound exit holes 23 are formed at a center, so that a speaker mounting table 22 is formed. Back and front positioning ribs 24 and 25 are provided on the front face side and the back face side so as to be opposed by holding the sound exit holes 23 and a pair of upper positioning ribs 26 and 26 are provided on right and left sides on the speaker mounting table. The pair of the upper positioning ribs are made hook-shaped, and are formed so as to face inward with each other. Also, a pair of guide ribs 27 and 27 are provided straight so as to be rail-like by holding the sound exit holes 23 and the back positioning rib 25. The guide rib is used also as the lower positioning rib. Then, the speaker is positioned by the rib and is mounted so as to face down on the speaker mounting table 22 at the inside of the operation part 15.
