PURPOSE: To sail a vessel without fuel by producing electrical energy from wave force on the basis of Pascal's theory.

CONSTITUTION: This generating method employs Pascal's theory where the reciprocal motion of wave force is transmitted through an operating mechanism of a water pressure press and an oil pressure press to a generator 8 thus to produce power. When applying on a vessel, it is constructed such that the electrical energy produced through said generator 8 will rotate a high voltage motor 9 for driving the screw propeller 10 of vessel.
