To provide a self-contained navigation unmanned moving object with reduced risk during luggage transportation.SOLUTION: A luggage collection system that uses a small flying object includes: a step at which the small flying object receives a flight instruction; a step at which the small flying object flies to a medical institution; a step at which the small flying object receives a specimen from the medical institution; a step at which the small flying object controls the temperature of the specimen; a step at which the small flying object transports the specimen to an inspection institution; and a step at which antiscattering measures are taken for the specimen if a problem occurs during the transportation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
