Abstract:

To obtain a spice pack capable of extracting a flavor of a spice by cooking an ingredient with the spice pack and preparing a delicious dish by absorbing a bitter component to reduce the taste of a dish in making a cooked food in a house, etc.

This spice pack 1 is obtained by holding one or more spices 3 in a liquid permeable wrapping material 2 made of a nonwoven fabric having 0.01-0.10 g/cm3 density.
